Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service purchased and the timing of the request.
- Course Refunds
Refund requests will be considered if submitted within 72 hours before the course starts.
Refunds may not apply when:
- even one session of the course has been attended
- learning materials have been extensively used
- the student fails to attend scheduled sessions
- Processing
Approved refunds are processed within a week using the original payment method.
- Exceptional Circumstances
Actinium reserves the right to evaluate special cases individually.
